Trio To LA

Darry relaxed and kissed him softy.

Steve drove for a while. "I hate driving RVs as much as I hate fixing them."

Soda sighed. "No shit. We've been on the road for almost a day. Where are we?"

"Donno..."

"At least we have the directions. I'm your pilot."

"Great..."

"Whatever. We'll be in LA in over a week."

"Really?"

"Yeah."

Steve sighed.

"Don't worry. We're gonna be there the whole summer. At least they are still gonna pay us. Mailing out money to our beach house."

Steve nodded.

Days went by. Darry, Two-Bit and Dally stayed in the bedroom. Pony and Johnny stayed in the extra little room while Steve and Soda had the couch bed.

"I'm bored!" Ponyboy complained.

"We're almost there." Darry said. "A few more hours. We're not by the coast yet."

Ponyboy sighed.

Johnny watched him. "We'll be there."

Ponyboy laid down.

Johnny laid beside him.

"I don't feel good..."

"You just need fresh air...."

"Woah! We're here!" Darry said.

"Finally."

The gang found their beach house and unpacked. "Two-Bit lets go and look around. Remember that idea?" Darry said, pushing him outside.

Ponyboy sat on the bed he was going to share with Johnny.

Two-Bit followed Darry.

Johnny stroked his hair. "Better?"

Darry and Two-Bit looked around. "Is there any girl that is not blonde here? I wouldn't mind for a dark blonde one.....sheesh!" He said, going to a bar. "Wow.... this place is also a hooka bar."
